PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!! The front cover shows a 1" tear (with tape residue) at the lower right edge, with corresponding lesser tears on the interior pages until disappearing by page 18 -- in addition, the front cover also shows sun-bars along the lower left edge; the lower right edge to the mid-upper right edge; the top edge from the front right corner nearly to the top left corner -- plus considerable wear & chipping to edges & corners, with creases, scratches, folds, indentations, browning pages, rub-wear, soiling, etc -- the lower spine leans very slightly to the right, but the upper spine shows NO lean -- overall condition can only be Fair Plus to Good Minus
