Condition: This is an original photo postcard, not a copy or reproduction. It is in excellent condition. Comments: Center Lovell is an unincorporated village in the town of Lovell, Oxford County, Maine, United States. The community is located along Maine State Route 5 near the east bank of the Kezar River. Severance Lodge Club has its beginnings dating back to the late 1800s. Founded as Browns Camps, a popular hunting and fishing destination, Severance has evolved into a community of privately owned homes with its own clubhouse and gourmet restaurant. As the years pass the club retains a sense of its rustic roots by blending in seamlessly amidst one of Maines most impressive remaining stands of white pine trees on its sixty-acre property.
