Power Designs 6050C Universal DC Power Supply.  I sold this unit and it was returned because the buyer claimed the item did not work.  I sent the item out and had it tested again and it still comes back as working.  Nevertheless, I am now selling the item as non working because I cannot perform the tests myself and I am unsure of the buyers motivations.  Sold As Is.  Item will power up but that is all the testing I can verify.
