Drummond Scientific Light.  I really don't know what this is, so if some one does please let me know.  It has a fluorescent light that does power on.  It also has an small electric motor on it that looks like it is supposed to be some kind of rocker, but I don't know.  The motor does not power on however it does spin by hand so I think it is some kind of wiring/switch issue. The sheet metal has a few kinks but is pretty pliable so you can bend it back.  See photos for physical condition.
