Opinion looking through a Mylar sleeve: HIGH MID-GRADE to LOW HIGH-GRADE. This Ashcan Comic is encased in a Ultra-Pro Ultimate Ashcan plastic sleeve,. It is sealed by a large strip of adhesive. I do not know if it came from the manufacturer like that or not, but either way, I am not going to break the seal. You can have the fun of doing that! Bagged and boarded, of course. Professionally packaged!
