WE ONLY USE A CUSTOM BLEND SILK RIBBON. IT GIVES THE DARKEST PRINT AND LASTS THE LONGEST. THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THEN THE NYLON OR COTTON RIBBON , BUT WILL OUT LAST A NYLON OR COTTON RIBBONS BY 2-3 TIMES - TYPING 1500 -2000 PAGES, AS OPPOSED TO 500 FROM NYLON AND 700 FOR COTTON

You left two indications the carriage was locked for packing and I had the words I needed to unlock it gently and properly.
