This is a 2004 Digital CD Rom press Kit.  I was unable to get it to mount on a Mac Studio.  The dyes in the CD Rom may be faded or you may need a much older machine to make this work.  Disc sold as a visual keep sake and not guaranteed to work.  Sold AS IS.
