Zenalia sublingual tablet is a homeopathic medicine from Boiron laboratories. It is traditionally used in cases of stage fright, apprehension, anxiety which may manifest as restless sleep, tremors, emotional palpitations, diarrhea...
The active components are Gelsemium sempervirens 9CH (1mg), Ignatia amara 9CH (1mg), Kalium phosphoricum 15CH (1mg) for 1 sublingual tablet.
The other constituents are sucrose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate.
Zenalia sublingual tablet is intended for oral use. The tablets are to be left to melt under the tongue away from meals.
The usual dosage is 1 tablet morning and evening, to be taken at the first symptoms of stage fright.
The treatment will not exceed 15 days.
Do not use Zenalia sublingual tablet in case of allergy to any of its constituents.
This medication is contraindicated in children under 6 years of age due to the risk of miscarriage related to the pharmaceutical form.
Do not use Zenalia, in case of intolerance to certain sugars (sucrose, fructose, glucose, galactose) and lactose.
Do not use Zenalia during pregnancy and while breastfeeding without prior medical advice.
