This sweet ring is a band style and it is engraved with "I love you forever." The "I" is capitalized and the rest is in small cursive. This would be great as a gift for anyone you love. This ring runs about one half a size small.  The 7 on the ring mandrel is a 6.5 and the 8 is a 7.5.
