This appears to be a variation on the Cast Member-only commemorative pin (#12853), celebrating the 20th anniversary of Walt Disney World. The rectangular pin features a black Mickey head icon (with Mickey's head as a globe), near the bottom of the pin. Out of the top of Mickey's head are three poles with pennant flags - pink, turquoise blue and purple. In front of the poles is a ring-shaped shape (as if the ring were laid down with the front slightly lower than the back); the turquoise and pink circular shape has "Walt Disney World" on it. Left of the Mickey icon, in turquoise, is "1971" with a "1991" to the right. Below that is "20th ANNIVERSARY." What makes this different from (#12853) is that at the bottom of the front, at right and in black, is "© DISNEY." The pin measures 1 1/8" (29 mm) tall by 3/4" (19 mm) wide.
