• Spattered gilding around rim with hand painted roses in bottom of bowl

• Made in USA by Wellsville China Company in Wellsville, Ohio; age uncertain
• In very good condition wtih no visible signs of damage or repairs. Some gold paint faded from the handle and there is significant crazing noticeable throughout the piece.
