Jet Flex SK sheet photopolymers are a soft, 38/43 Shore A Durometer Flexographic Printing Plate, that providing superb ink transfer for corrugated printing applications. In addition, Jet Flex SK processes more quickly than competitive formulations without the common experience of image chipping during washout or on press.

Jet Flex SK is available in all standard thickness, 0.107", 0.112", 0.125", 0.155", and 0.250".

Platemaking Information:

Jet Flex processes in any standard rotary, orbital, or in-line sheet photopolymer system. It will image under any standard flexographic UV exposure lamps whether high-intensity, low-intensity, or a single point-light source. Jet Flex will wash out effectively in any standard photopolymer washout solution whether it is a hydrocarbon, terpene, citric, or perchloroethylene based product.

Processing Data:

Processing times may vary depending on the equipment, image requirements and plate thickness. Below are typical processing times for .250 in using hot lamps.

• Back Exposure: 0:20 ? 0:50 seconds
•  Face Exposure: 7 - 12 minutes
• Washout: 6 - 10 minutes
• Dry: 1.5-2 hours (60° C / 140° F)
• Post Exposure: 8 ? 12 minutes
• Finish / Detack: 8 ? 12 minutes
