SHIPPING AND HANDLING

• FREE Shipping to U.S. Mainland addresses only.
• We do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, however we do ship to those locations. Enter your zip code under the Shipping and Payments tab to get your rate.
• We do offer International Shipping on this Item through the Global Shipping Program.
• When product has been paid for, we will submit the order to be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Shipping time may vary due to your requested delivery location.
• Your shipment will originate from a warehouse nearest to your location if possible. Most items are shipped FedEx, USPS and UPS.
• You will receive a shipping update email containing a tracking number. You may also find the tracking number of your order in the "My" tab.
• If your package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us. If the shipping company has left before you realize the package is damaged, contact us immediately. Concealed damages must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
• All shipping and handling cost are non-refundable. If buyer provides incorrect address or refuses delivery, the original actual shipping cost will be deducted from any monies refunded.

We offer a 30 day return policy.

1. Return the item in 100% Original Unused and Undamaged Condition.
2. You must contact us for the (RMA #) Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
3. Notify us immediately upon delivery if the item is damaged due to shipping.
4. Photographic images must be provided for any claims of defective.

Items returned due to buyer remorse do not qualify for free returns and buyer must return item at their own expense.

Used or damaged items will be subject to a partial refund.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon your receipt of said package. If there is obvious visible damage to the package, please document with photo if possible. These will be requested to help settle any claim with the carrier.

Please provide the order number, the damaged or defective item, and the your name, email address, shipping address and phone number.

Keep the product until we notify you with instructions. If you return an damaged order directly to us, you may jeopardize our ability to settle claims with the carrier. If a damage claim is compromised because you (the customer) returns all or part of a shipment, we may deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price of the order.

SALES TAX

We must collect Nevada sales tax for the for all buyers with NV shipping addresses on all products we offer.

We May soon be required to collect sales tax for all areas under US Jurisdiction.  

Good Communication is Important!

If you select the "BUY IT NOW" button more than once or by accident and you do not want this item, you need to send us a message.
We will be most willing to work with you to straighten any issues out.
However, if you select the "BUY IT NOW" button with no intention of completing your portion of the transaction and do not make any attempt to contact us within 3 days of said purchase, we will open a "Non-Paying Buyer" case with.

We WILL get our Final Value Fees back and you WILL get a NEGATIVE mark on your account.

International Buyers – Please Note:

All Import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please Note, If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, you must do so before it has shipped. We normally ship within 24 hours upon cleared payment with the exceptions of Sundays and Holidays. If your package has shipped you must take delivery and our normal return policy will go into effect.
