Brand new Womens Knit Dress, blue, ladies size M 8/10.  Midi v-neck, high empire waist, gathered above the knee for a ruffled hem look.  Long sleeves, side slash pockets, three decorative buttons on the front.  Approximately 44.75 inches long with a 30.25 inch waist, 35.75 bust, and 24.4 sleeve.
