In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
For undelivered packages due to the buyer’s fault (receiver non-contactable by the courier upon delivery or the wrong address/ contact submitted by the buyer), when the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs if the buyer wish us to resend the item.

The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Once the item reach us and inspected, we will arrange a refund to you.
