All injectors are torn down and cleaned through a parts washer. All internal parts are inspected for wear and tear. Any excessively worn parts are discarded and replaced. All parts are run through and ultra-sonic parts cleaner to ensure parts are free from dirt and debris. Injector nozzle seats are all stoned lapped and valves are ground and tested to ensure proper spray pattern and flow. If the nozzle is beyond repair we will replace it with a new one. Injectors are then assembled and tested. Nozzles are also inspected at that time to verify proper spray pattern, checked to make sure no nozzle holes are plugged and tested for the ability to hold pressure.
