It has a 5 barrel hinge.  The bottom of the lighter states "Bradford PA Made in USA" on the middle bottom.  "E  zippo  XIII" in the middle.  

Condition:  FANTASTIC condition as seen in pictures.  PRINT LOOKS FANTASTIC WITH NO WEAR.  No signs of age.  No dings or dents.  Hard to tell if it was ever used.
