This is Monster Doll (17 inch doll) halter dress and belt with black flower buckle.



The dress is made of cotton and the belt is made of ribbon.



The belt is sewn to the dress so it is nondetachable. Skirt is circle style (knee length)



I have treated the interior raw edges of the dress with fray check. The dress is closed with soft hook and loop tapes and halterneck is closed with bias ties.
