Multi color faceted rhinestones round rhinestones ornament the tree with rhinestone swags at the bottom
Rhinestone baguettes represent candles on each side
The tree topper is a clear pear shaped rhinestone and a green emerald cut rhinestone forms the base
All stones are prong set
Signed "Joseph Warner" on an affixed rectangular cartuche on the back of the brooch
 
This highly collectible brooch is featured on page 289 of Julia C. Carroll's "Costume Jewelry 101", 
Second Edition, and on page 154 of Nancy Trowbridge's "O Christmas Tree".

Joseph Warner started his company in 1953 and it produced jewelry under his direction until 1971. 
Warner is known for rhinestone figurals and for using high quality materials.
