This is the most ADORABLE vintage crib quilt with kitty cats and umbrellas / parsols.
One of the cutest I've ever seen.
Jadeite green and white patchwork background.
Hand quilted.
Cotton. White cotton back.
The kittens ( all yellow kitties) are darling, and each has its own personality, from worried, to mischievous, to sweet!
Each holds - or plays with - an umbrella or parasol.
Every square is different and unique. You can tell it was made with a lot of love.
The umbrellas are different colors of gingham.
Applique technique.
Hand embroidered.
Sawtooth edge.
In excellent, clean condition with no damage or issues. I handwashed it carefully in quilt wash, and it is immaculate and fresh.
Measures 57 inches x 38 inches.
Probably made in the 30's, 40's or 50's.
