For 4 Months Old Babies

Ingredients: 59% corn flour*, 22% whole grain oat flour, 19% buckwheat flour, and thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1).

Preparation:

With milk mixture:

1. Cool the boiled water to a temperature of approximately 50ºC*. Prepare 200 ml of the usual milk mixture.
2. Add 3-4 tablespoons (22 g) of porridge flakes to the bowl. 3. Pour the prepared milk mixture and mix.
4. Leave the porridge to swell. Cool to a suitable eating temperature.

With fruit puree:
boil 100 ml of water and cool to 50ºC*. Add 2 full tablespoons of porridge flakes to a bowl, and pour water over it. Mix. Add about 100 g of fruit puree and a teaspoon of oil. Mix well, and check the temperature.

With milk:
boil 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water, and cool to 50ºC*. Add 3-4 tablespoons (22 g) of flakes to a bowl, and pour the cooled liquid over it. Mix it up. Leave to swell. Check the temperature.
