Bought for myself (I wear XL) was too tight so never worn. It fits more like a large for a adult - would fit juniors XL 

Measurements are - underarm to underarm across front without stretching at all - 23'' 

Length - shoulder seam to hem 26 3/4'' 

Please check measurements - It was quite snug in the bust area for me to wear and be comfortable - I also do not like my tops to fit snug so that could be part of why I didn't like the fit for myself an adult size XL
