Vintage 1990 Mr Sandman Magical Real Sand Castle Figurine Beach Ocean Decor 

Pre-Owned and in nice condition - shows some areas that have lost some sand and shows some age but overall still in nice condition. See photos. Measures 5.5" across and just over 3" tall. 

Different ways you look at it, it has some sparkle to it. Also looks a little different shade of color depending how you look at it.
