For your consideration, here is a Vintage Rusty Rustic Coleslaw Grater.  It is not marked with a maker.  It is worn and is missing a lot of the silver finish on it.  It measures 13 7/8 inches tall and 4 1/8 inches wide.  I think it is more of a decorative item than a functional item.
