This small 64 page recipe book was put out in the late 1950s early 1960s by the Knudsen Creamery Company. It is the 11th edition of this book. It measures approximately 8 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches, The book does have wear to the spine, edges, and corners. Some of the page corners as well as the cover corners have been folded down. Several of the pages had stuck together near the bottom at one time, you can see where they were gently pulled apart. This does not affect the usability or the displayabilty of the book. The book is complete. It would make a great addition to any vintage recipe book, advertising, or dairy memorabilia collection.
