This is a very nice Vintage Silver Tinsel Aluminum Stainless Christmas Decoration. This is a probably a home made item dated back from the 50s or 60s. Great to use as a Christmas decoration, wreath, Tree top / topper! It measures approx 17"x6" and in excellent condition!
