- Orders under $40 will be shipped via First Class Mail without tracking.
- U.S. and Overseas Orders of $40-$150 will be shipped with tracking and the additional cost will be passed on to you, the buyer.
- Tracking requirements will be waived on request for buyers known to me who have a feedback score of 100 or higher or who can provide me with a valid APS membership number or membership number in a recognized philatelic society outside the United States.
