Soviet KV-2 Zis-6 heavy tank prototype
The Russian KV-2 was an heavy assault tank developed to attack concrete bunkers and other hard targets, it was developed using the KV-1 heavy tank chassis and armed with a turret mounted 152 mm howitzer. At least one tank was produced with a 107 mm ZiS-6 anti-tank gun and used for tests, it is not know if it there were any plans to convert or produce further vehicles or if it was just a test bed for the gun.
This model is 3D printed and meant to be an economical alternative to wargamers wanting to expand their armies, it can also be used to build dioramas.
This model is made in four parts, the turret, hull and tracks. The model will be sent with support material still attached for better safety during transport, cutting and cleaning by the buyer will be needed before assembly. The model is printed using PLA and gluing is needed, if adding accessories to it superglue type glue will be required or other epoxy glue.
The pictures are from one sample model and some painted shots, the models are similar in grade of detail after print cleaning. The model is dispatched in a postal cardboard box with protective material inside for better safety.
