"After joining the Society as a medieval persona I just had to upgrade! One look at those gorgeous 16th century gowns and I just had to have them! However, what good is that wonderful gown without the correct footwear? Remembering how easy the Queta's Closet Medieval Shoe Pattern (#114) was to make, I immediately ordered #113 Elizabethan Shoe. I found this pattern just as straight forward and well thought out as my previous experience with Queta's Closet. Now I have several beautiful pairs of shoes that complement perfectly my new high class garb!" Lady Arielle

"Sure I look great on the Field of Honor! And I should, after all that shiny suit of beautiful Plate Armor cost me a small fortune! However, when it came time to acquire some fancy court garb, I needed to save a few dollars. Queta's Closet to the rescue! Not only has the QC line of patterns and booklets saved me many dollars on garb, it has also given me a sense of achievement. I made it all myself! I'm particularly fond of my new Elizabethan Shoes. Who says only the ladies get to look good in court, I want to shine too!" Syr Geoffery

Here's that elegant, form-fitting shoe seen throughout the Elizabethan period. Made plain and simple, or incredibly fancy for Court, these authentic styles will complete your costume ensemble. Make them in leather or fabric, hand stitch them or glue them ! As with the Tudor shoe pattern (#112), both methods work beautifully. Resizing guide is included.
