this is a Dansk cake spreader. it measures 10 1/2 inches long. the wood handle is 5 inches and the spreader part is 5 1/2 inches. i think it is stainless steel. it says Dansk on it. I tried to take a picture of where it says it, but it's hard to see because it's reflective. This item is used but in great shape.
