Just as seen, this one is not marked but my brother has one identical to it that is a Tootsietoy. There is some red showing through as seen in the pictures so I am not sure if it was painted at some point, the wheels look to be in good condition, it needs a little cleaning up. Was played with and forgotten so it is not perfect but still nice.
