For your consideration is a MIB Thomas Kinkade tabletop decoration.  This decoration has the wood base with the light up center and a moving train at the base.  You can display that way or put the crystal cover over the top.  It also plays music.  Stands a total of 13" tall and is 10" wide at the base.  This one has the original Styrofoam storage container and the COA is attached to the styrofoam.  No chips or cracks on the crystal and works all the way.
