For your consideration is a vintage Michelle Stuart Royal blue blouse.  This blouse is a shiny satin finish with vertical lines in the same color.  It has the high neck and buttons up the back.  Long sleeves.  The front has the pleats which gives it more room in the bust.  It has shoulder pads.  The buttons are a rhinestone look.  There are 6 up the back and 1 on each sleeve cuff.  It is 100% polyester.  Marked size 8.  (The tag is loose)
