We can only recommend you the buyer purchase Ins. Insurance will be applied when you choose "ECONOMY" SHIPPING. We keep all insurance and delivery confirmation receipts until your package is accounted for. To claim a LOST package you must wait at least 21 days after mailing for possible delay in delivery. For DAMAGED items YOU will need to file the claim at your Post Office – please notify us of damage to your item within 2 days of delivery. No damaged item can be returned or reshipped as this action totally invalidates the inssurance.
