This is a Vintage Ruslan And Ludilla Commemorative Plate Bradford Exchange With Paperwork.
I bought this plate new back in the 1980's. I opened it up and looked at it and then put it back in the box. It has been in the closet ever since. I am down sizing and am going to sell it. This plate has no chips cracks or breaks that I can see. Please see photos.
