Shipping is by USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail, or USPS First Class Mail International for Overseas Buyers.
Payment is required within 3 days of Purchase.
You can combine as many items as you like in a 3 day period.

Shipping includes postage, box or gift box, packaging materials such as bubble wrap, padded envelopes, etc.
Items are Only eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- All items must be unworn, unaltered and still have the original tags attached.
- Items to be returned must be received no later than 14 days after receipt for Costume Jewelry and 30 Days from Receipt for Fine Jewelry (such as Sterling Silver).
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email us with your request and we will email you Return Instructions.
When sending your items, we strongly suggest sending them USPS Mail with a Tracking Number. Auralee & Company is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
Once we receive your return a Refund of your original purchase price minus any Auralee & Company shipping charges will be given..... Buyer must Pay Return Shipping which is not refundable.
