As seen in the episode "Chain of Command" - This is a 1:1 sized replica of the handheld device used by Gul Madred to activate and control the torture device implanted into Jean Luc Picard during his interrogation sessions.

This prop is printed in PLA plastic, with each of the appropriately colored pieces printed separately. The final product comes fully assembled as shown in the listing pictures.
