Nice collectible with normal rubbing and wearing to edges and corners. Upper outside corner has a small piece torn away (see photo) Rubbing along back upper edge and small tearing. Staple spine sound with light creasing. Interior with all pages intact and complete with NO markings to any pages. Nice collectible with bright clean photo illustrations. Contains original program still securely adhered to middle of guide.  Appears to have been opened and read minimally if ever. 24 pages
