Rivar’s Custom Show Apparel Dance Skirt Royal Blue.  There are no fiber content tags in these skirts, but I am pretty sure that the top layer is Polyester and the lining is Acetate. Small: Waistband measures 24” and stretches to 32”. Total length is 23”.  Good Used Condition - See Photos for further description.
