Light wear on outside.  Both straps are in great shape with no issues.  Both straps adjust as they should.  All zippers and closing mechanisms work as they should.  The pink inside has some soiling and could use a cleaning to be perfect.  Slight smell of purfume. 

 Paperwork is in good shape with light signs of age only.  The bag still has its storage pouch, paperwork, and charm.  The underside of the bag does have one rip as seen in last picture.
