This is an older, foam backed crown, and mesh backing that is in good/normal condition for the age. Not distressed, just shows its age. Part of someone's collection, prior to me purchasing it. I think this is a rare find. Something not found everyday.

It is a puffed, raised design. Flat wide brim.
