Wells Fargo Bank Legendary 2011 Pony Snowflake White Horse Stuffed Animal Plush

Throughout their history, Wells Fargo has depended on horses to deliver for their customers.  Horses led the Wells Fargo wagon through thousands of communities, and pulled Wells Fargo stagecoaches and continue to do so today.  To salute their service, Wells Fargo has produced plush pony toys, each for a limited time.

Wells Fargo wagons were a common sight on dry land, but you could watch one on water: Snowflake rode a ferry every morning to work in Manhattan.  Snowflake lived in Jersey City, New Jersey, where the Erie Railroad ended.  Snowflake’s daily routine began with hitching up and boarding the ferry to New York City where Wells Fargo wagons and horses crossed the Hudson River on their way to work.  There, she led a team of horses that helped deliver money and important business packages to customers in New York City.  Noted illustrator Edward Hopper depicted a Wells Fargo wagon, led by a pristine white horse, aboard a ferry for the March 1917 cover of Wells Fargo Messenger, the company’s monthly magazine in that era.

The all-white Snowflake Wells Fargo Legendary Pony was released in fall 2011. This Plush Pony sports a festive red blanket and measures 13 x 13 x 6 not including the tail.  Like all the Wells Fargo plush ponies, Snowflake is very soft and is not meant to be displayed in a standing position.
