This twisted wire snaffle bit was designed for larger sized horse breeds like Draft breeds, Warmbloods, and Freisians, and will fit many mules too. This is a quality well made stainless steel bit in well maintained pre owned condition. If you need more control, a twisted wire mouthpiece will soften up the corners of the lips and the bars of the mouth and add control with light hands. The loose rings measure 3 inches in diameter and the mouthpiece is 3/8 inch diameter by 6 inches wide. The bit weighs a superlight 8 ounces.
