This beautiful decoration (what-not) base is about 13" long, 1 3/4" wide and it stands 5" high at the Capital L.   4 cherubs along the length with pink flowers.  I don't know what it's made of but it was Made in China (sorry!) and has felt along the bottom so it does not scratch your furniture.
