The book of matches is not missing any matches and the light strip has never been used.  It is advertising from the early 60's based on the look of the car shown on the reverse.  There is a buick logo on the front where it says Duncan Buick Inc.  They were in Moorestown NJ.  I don't know anything else about them.  It has been in a smoke free home.
