This blazer is in decent used condition. It needs a good cleaning as seen in the photos. I don't think the spots are permanent but unsure. There are snags at the bottom as seen in the photos. Measurements: Sleeve: 23" Chest: 21" Length: 28". It could still make a nice addition to a wardrobe.
