Here is a very cute and sexy velvet dress  Looks to be handmade. No tags. Measures 17 inches pit to pit. Sleeves are almost no sleeves. Waist is approx 14.5 inches laying flat. Not sure the "spot" at the back bottom. Some angles its therr..others not there.
