Size: about 12.25 inches across (when closed), about 14.25 inches top to bottom, about 1 inch thick (measured at the thickest part which is the spine). The width of the pages inside will give you about 10 inches across to work with. SEE PHOTOS
Condition: Scrapbook was never used, but it does show obvious signs of age like the papers inside the scrapbook have faded and have some yellowing around the edges of the pages. Some of the red material on the inside border of the hardcover has peeled off slightly. There is a small dent on the front cover. There is a sticker (from the manufacturer) on the outside cover directly on the hardcover.. I don't know how well it will remove and how the material will look if you remove it. SEE PHOTOS
