Description: Chesterton Flax 80 packing is a non-graphite lubricated packing used in a wide variety of sealing and shaft seal applications. Rudders and prop shafts. Pump shaft sealing. Similar to today's Chesterton 329. We have ¾# boxes ranging 1/8, 1/4 (I would guess that the 5/16 pictured has approx. 5 feet) ID 108 so the smaller it is the longer it will be. We also have boxes of larger Flax 80 packing. We can list that if anyone has interest in sizes up to 1” or more some are 12-pound boxes. we also have various types of Chesterton like the style 82 and many others. Please ask if you are looking for something specific. |
