Pet grooming tool clipper is unbranded and still packaged 

I don’t know what dog breed or particular animal these clippers can be used for

I bought these clippers intended for a budgie from Amazon because it told me they could be used for that particular bird but I never had the chance to use them

The grooming tool has been unopened BUT there is a small tear on the side (4^th & 5^th photo)

There is also a small dent near the right side corner (6^th & 7^th photo)
